To view card details on the app requires two separate presses, one for card number and one for CVC. Why? Just let us see all card details at once.

And then add a copy button below each one?

Apple devices allow copying from one device and pasting to another, however, the Monzo app doesn’t seem to work with that function. Which is all the more annoying because of number 3 below.

This seems like a huge security risk with bank details.

Why why why can I not login on both my iPad and iPhone at the same time? Wouldn’t be so bad if it was just a simple Face ID / Touch ID login but it isn’t. You have to click “I’m already a Monzo customer” and then watch an egregious animation followed by an email link and then entering a PIN?? Is this 2004 banking?

Multiple App Logins

Hi Monzo, Can i firstly state how awesome the idea is and I can’t wait to get the current account, hopefully notlong now. The problem im having at the moment i have multiple IOS devices (Iphone & Ipad) its a pain that i cant login to both apps simultaniously, one app keeps kicking the other out. My parents also have a card and again they are having a similar issue with logging into the apps on one device it kicks them out the other. Multiple iOS Logins - Enabling use of iPhone app on macOS Big Sur - Feature Request

Hi @Monzo, as Apple have just announced that iPhone and iPad apps will run unmodified on macOS Big Sur on Macs with Apple Silicon, would it be possible for Monzo to enable simultaneous iOS app logins?

Multiple iOS devices or Web login?

Hi, I’m new to Monzo but loving the pink card already. Will be abroad with it for the first time next week however just thought, if I loose my phone, how can I access my balance etc? is there a web portal? way of adding to a second iphone (wife’s) thanks in advance Mike

Have more than 1 device per OS

Hi. So I have an iPhone and an iPad and would like Monzo on both devices, however it appears you can only have 1 app per ecosystem. If I sign my iPad in, it’ll sign out my iPhone and vice versa. Is there anyway around this? Can Monzo increase the limit?

Monzo on multiple devices

Just posting a message on behalf of my Dad. He’s recently got an iPhone and has downloaded his Monzo app onto there. Every time he signs into the iPhone, it logs him out of the iPad. He had a Galaxy S10 before the iPhone and it worked okay with that set up. Is there anything we can do to stop this happening? Thanks

Concurrent App Logins

It seems the app will only allow 1 concurrent login, as when I use it on one phone it logs out another phone. Is this expected behaviour? And if yes, are there any plans to raise the concurrency limit? I use multiple devices and it is a bit jarring to have to re-validate between each device. (I’ve also noticed that this doesn’t affect Android to iOS concurrency, so I presume the two OS track concurrency separately?)

Concurrent App Sessions

Continuing the discussion from To Use Monzo On More Than One Apple Device: There is inconsistent behaviour in session management and authentication. See above topic discussion for more information. This appears to be a security vulnerability. All methods/channels for accessing an account should have the same level of protection - a weakness in one would otherwise undermine the others.
