My replacement for the first card arrived today, also opened. My post office haven’t stuck any labels on it so I’m guessing the fall from the letter box is also enough to rip the top perforated edge. I think I’m going to activate the second one, but with this many cases, surely Monzo would have told it’s distributers to hold.

Seems like the kind of thing that should have been posted in here.
If anyone has an example of an envelope with the sticker then I’m sure that would be useful for anyone looking to see if it’s legitimate.

Mine arrived today, open and turn but no damaged sticker from royal mail

Yep, same happened to me and just ordered a new card. This seems too common for it not to be a packaging issue

I just got mine, finally! Quite a while since I ordered on Thursday! I think Royal Mail is quite delayed in my area, but it did arrive with the envelope 100% intact.

Although I have to say that I’m fairly impressed with how quick these are being sent out. I signed up for Plus and a Business Pro account within an hour of each other and so far have had 2 Plus cards and 0 Business Pro cards!
For what it’s worth, I got my card in the post in perfect condition - barely even looked like it had been handled.
It actually seems like it’s the thickness / quality of the paper, making the weak point on the envelope the tear strip/seal, and it’s not surviving a bashing through the RM postal service…
Seems they have a mitigation in place until a proper solution though, so hopefully it will be back to normal very soon!

My first Plus card, ordered Thursday night “finally” turned up. Some of you seem to have managed three in that timeframe!
It has suffered a bit, perforation wise, but it’s not opened enough to have been taken out or looked at, so will use it as is. Enough examples here also to know that there is nothing suspicious about it
Really nice card around the card. A bit of a shame to take it out. Got a real graduation photo feel

How much quicker did you want them to be?
A few reports on Friday but it was Saturday that the bulk of the reports came in and they had the sticker fix in place by Monday

I suppose you’re right that it’s quick, it’s just the feeling I had when I was reading that people who already had replacement cards delivered in the same condition.
Simple, effective solution though. Must have missed that.
