Mine came all fine and seal with the white sticker
Also came slightly fragranced

Damn. Just had my replacement card come and it’s opened too! 
Interestingly, I received my Business Pro card today and that uses a similar, yet smaller, envelope and similar, but smaller, cardboard carrier and that’s completely fine!
So it’s weird that these are going so wrong!
On the plus side, I’ve found a use for my other, now cancelled, Plus card. After faithfully holding my original Monzo BETA Card, Hot Chip has become Blue Chip and is looking after it for me!

Received my replacement card. Came with a plain, white sticker over the pull tag. 
Curious why they are using different sized envelopes for the plus vs business. When the card itself is obviously the same size

Exactly the same thing happened to me yesterday!
I’d call that VERY effective. The card remains inside the envelope!

I had a look around, the guy making them doesn;'t seem to be on the forum anymore.
But if any one can find the vector file of that specific hot chip I could make one. if monzo don’t mind

Mine also arrived fully open, at first I thought this was a targeted identity theft attack so this puts my mind at ease 
ordered a new one and can’t wait to get it!

I had the same issue as many others have had. I spoke with customer services via chat and they shipped out a new one straight away. Seems like an issue with the packaging being too weak though!
