Awww I just checked the app store and there was an update!
I got excited but it wasn’t the new layout 
What was released today was built before we started working on JA support. Software delivery takes a bit of time to make sure it’s all fully tested and approved.

This might be because we broke a lot of deep links… What was the notification for?
Nothing exciting! Only a point release after all.
Although not always exciting I always look forward to your teardowns after each update, and certainly appreciate that you do them

That’s good to hear! It’s so tricky to keep track of bugs as usually we’re 2 versions ahead internally and it’s difficult to tell if we’ve fixed it already or the fix didn’t work.

When I first went into the All Cards view, I thought it was a bug that the bottom tab bar disappeared and I quit the app. Twice I couldn’t work out how to get out of the Card/Pot view. Whats the rationale behind hiding the tab bar, that’s unnatural to me. Maybe it would work better if the animation in and out of the view was more obvious

There’s a new update in the App Store. 2.54 see if that works

I’ve seen a few posts on this but has a hide balance feature been reintroduced for the app? I assume it is lower priority.
The new design is looking alright however, I think both the “all accounts” and “summary” pages should have the tabs at the bottom.
Also, (unless I have missed it) seeing my accounts overall balance (including all pots) was a useful feature from the old layout.

When I can see my credit card peeping to the right I would expect that pressing the peeping bit would take me to it but it doesn’t. Likewise working left, if i can see it and press it would expect the carousel to move

Hi @bruno, this looks to have been fixed on 2.54.0 
I’ve just had a TfL Card spend notification come in whilst my phone was locked - the transaction screen loaded up fine and didn’t lock up

Hi All!
First of all, I’m loving the new look of the app, much more intuitive.
I have however come across a problem with my Coin Jar pot (created pre-switch to new view). Money shows in the Coin Jar on the “View All” page but then when I attempted to withdraw funds from that Pot, the balance would then show as £0.00. I attempted to delete the pot as well and the notification also mentioned £0.00 of balance.
I disabled the new view from Monzo Labs, closed and reopened the app and things went back to normal and I was able to withdraw my £1.36 again.
