First community post - I recently used an ATM that didn’t give the cash out. When I tried to report it I saw the Monzo advice that it usually corrects itself in 7 days. After waiting a week it wasn’t corrected and when I try to report in the app it shows the same advice with no option to report it. Is this an app fault? How can I access chat to report the issue?
