ATM Taking Cash Issue

I used an ATM last week The machine took back the money I reported on monzo app but still I can’t get solution Can you help me resolve this issue?

The machine will realise its error and give it back to you by the end of the day usually.

What did Monzo say? Nobody here can do anything.
