Trying to Open an Account, Can't Get Past Name and DOB

I’m trying to open a Monzo account using iPhone and I can’t click NEXT after putting my name and DOB in. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app but nothing, just an unclickable button floating at the bottom of my screen.

Is there anything else on that screen? Have you put it into the correct format?

Share a screenshot if you can so that we can see.

Also check what the default regional setting is on your phone. I believe this may (or used to) have an impact.
