Upgrade (Migration) Updates

I feel the UX/copy needs work here as loads of people are missing these bullet points. Also nowhere (afaicr) does it assuage current PP users (esp those not watching the forum / social media like hawks) that the CA can be used in exactly the same way (well, when topping up reappears) as the PP account and that they’re not being railroaded into something more scarily financial.
