To correct the record here, I found the thread I was thinking of. It was only ever flagged internally, there was no promise it would get fixed. That’s my bad.
Hi as a dyslexic understanding to written word is difficult sometimes especially T and Cs, so my question is, the limit fir ATM is £250 in any rolling 30 day period without fees, does that mean If I take £250 on day one any other amount within that 30 day period is charged at 3% or is it £250 a day and anything over the amount is charged 3%. It may seem like a silly question but I find it strange if I want to take my money out of my account more than £250 I’m charged for it if it’s within 30 day…
It’s also been reported a few times in the past here:
Issue: My limits page (Accounts > limits) contains text indicating I can only withdraw up to £200 fee free every 30 days (screenshot 1). However my fees & allowances page says I have unlimited free free ATM withdrawals in UK and EEA (screenshot 2).
The information in the two locations is contradictory. The info I see in the fees & allowances page is what I expect (based on email I received about fee changes), so the text on the limits page needs reworking or removal to avoid confusion.
Details…
And here:
I’m pretty sure this is just badly written, but in the limits section, it implies there’s a £200 limit in the UK and worldwide. But then on the next page it shows that it’s unlimited.
I had a bit of a scare there. Could do with a rewrite.
