Could you please tell me how to cancel a payment from my Monzo? I was paying for another persons Spotify Premium but I don’t want to do that anymore, and I need to cancel that from my card, but do not know how

You should really cancel it with Spotify. If that’s not an option the contact Monzo support (search the app help section for contact support) and see if they can help

As above if you can’t cancel with Spotify as it’s on someone else’s login you can’t access to cancel it off. You’ll have to contact Monzo to ask them to cancel the recurring payment. Search help for contact us if you can’t find it.

Monzo have to cancel it for you if you’re not able to do so.

Hi, I need to talk to some one from Monzo about a pending subscription payment which I want to cancel.(I only signed up for a free trial and I do not want to be charged because I found out that it is a scam) I’ve already frozen my card for safety but the account says that the money is put aside for the merchant. Who do I need to contact about this and in which way?
