How do I make our joint account the main one can we transfer our wages an direct debits going out of the joint one like a account transfer without having to phone every one to change the bank details ?
It can’t be done automatically.
You need to contact each company that you have a direct debit setup with and give them your joint account details. It doesn’t take as long as you might think as most can be done online now 
Is it not possible to CASS to the joint account?
It looks like you can CASS to the joint account yes.
They give you the option in the Switch process,
But I think if they mean switch all details from Monzo Current to Monzo Joint, I think that has to be manual.

Could you give me an advice, please?
I wanted to log in to my Monzo account on my phone however the system asked my PIN what never happened before. Unfortunately I did not use my card yet as I went to abroad after I received it and when I came back, I checked but did not find my PIN in the system or in the letter at all so now I could not log in…then I think my account was cancelled as I needed to sign up again.
Could you help me please, how can I use my Monzo account again?

It will ask for the PIN every so often as part of regulations
You set the PIN yourself when you signed up for the account. How long ago did you open the account? I think there is a prompt to recover your PIN in the top right corner of the login screen?

I Live in the USA, but need an account in the UK - is this possible with Monzo or does the account have to be where I am resident? I have a mailing address in the UK and property. If this is possible, would it then make sense to have a Monzo account here in the USA as well for transferring/wiring money, or are they totally separate and no benefits to this?
Hi Jo & welcome 
To apply for a UK Monzo account, you must have a UK address to which the physical card can be mailed to. Your circumstances, as presented, means you can open a UK account.
The UK and US accounts are separate with no connection at this time. This may change in the future though. If I was in the same position, I’d open a US Monzo account and watch/help it develop alongside an existing US legacy bank account - then when it felt right to me, I’d switch to using the US Monzo account as my primary US bank account. No harm in keeping the legacy account open too - just in case.

What criteria do you use to choose the businesses you offer a business account to? I filled in an application for my business more than 3 months ago now and never heard anything!
Business accounts have been in limited testing until now, but I think there will soon be a wider, more general rollout (though can’t remember where I read that).
Thanks! Have you applied too? For regular accounts I remember there was a waiting list and you knew what number you were in the list. But there doesn’t seem to be anything like that this around!
No, I didn’t apply. But my memory of reading posts when they started the trial is that it was more of a black box than the Mondo beta waiting list. I think they added some number of people who applied (~100) and then stopped, so they could refine the offering based on the experience of those who got accounts.
I get the impression that there won’t be any more business accounts opened until the next stage of launch (whether that’s a larger beta or the proper launch, I don’t know). But I’m also under the impression that this will be very soon, so hopefully you won’t have to wait much longer. And you’ll benefit from the improvements made from the initial testers.

Just had a quick look at this thread, and it looks like if you message support, they might bump you up the list. As @gmclean says, they seem to be rolling the accounts out more widely now:

hi there. I’m looking for a way to receive payments in euros. is this something i can do with my monzo account or do i need a euro’s specific account?
Your best bet is another bank, or banking service, which is set up to receive international transfers. Monzo doesn’t have a reliable way of doing this at the moment.
There are several candidates, but other than high street banks, Starling is an option, as is TransferWise Borderless.
