Signing up issues

Hello, I’m trying to sign up for monzo on the app but my exact address isn’t showing up and there’s no editing function to correct the fault (just the house name has been changed). I had selected a neighbours one as I thought I might be able to go back and edit, but there is no way to go back or edit?

Signing up with the wrong address is a terrible idea. That’s fraud.

If your address isn’t listed you can’t open an account.

Thanks Revels, I haven’t been able to sign up which was the basis of my question. I usually can choose an address on the drop down (as is the case for all other official sites I’ve used), and then edit it manually to reflect my own correct address… but I don’t see that option here… perhaps nothing further to do on the monzo side but to sort out my new property not appearing on drop downs yet.

Best thing to do here is drop an email to help@monzo.com to explain the situation, and we can take a look :+1:

They use an external source for addresses which seem to take months to update.

If it’s as simple as changing from “OldHouse” name to “NewHouse” name, then emailing get someone to help, but I wouldn’t hold your breath.
