My wife wants to open a new Monzo account but when she tries to register, the app doesn’t recognise the home address, even though it’s the same address my account is registered at. Our flatmates also have Monzo accounts registered at the same address, so I don’t know why is it not possible for her to register a new account. Any thoughts or ideas?
If the address doesn’t show then there’s nothing Monzo will do. You’ll have to do the hard work yourselves
