Wrong address added on signup

I have entered the wrong address when signing up. I have not paid the £100 yet. How can I correct my address, otherwise the card will not be delivered to my house :frowning: Please help

I don’t believe the app allows you to use the in-app support chat at this stage so please email help@monzo.com with a quick explanation of the situation, the email you used to sign up, and the correct address. Someone from customer operations should be able to quickly fix this. :thumbsup:
