Randomly unable to access my Monzo account via the app

Two days ago I went to check my mono app and was asked to enter details about my account when I got to the enter your mobile number and I did, the reply was this mobile is associated with another account which it is not. I have a joint and personal mono account and this was never a problem. I have deleted the app, refreshed my phone, turned my phone on and off still no. I have just tried again and was made to ‘apply’ for a mono account’ and then refused. MONZO has my money and I need access now

You’ve either put in the wrong email address and/or selected create an account and not login.
