deleted monzo app when waiting for a card

i created a account for monzo and i did the verification process but i had to reset my phone for other problems and now when i downloded the app again it asked for all the questions again like what do you do for work etc and the hello my name is — and i would to join monzo video. so im wondering if i created two speperate accounts. but it was the same email i used before. i thought it would just log me in.

You’ve not used the same email.

Delete the app again. Check your emails for your previous welcome to monzo or whatever email, then tap “already got an account” when reinstalling the app.
