I can’t access my account

My Monzo account randomly logged me a few days ago and since then I’ve been unable to get back into my account, instead when I press ‘log in’ it assumes I’m making a new account when all I want to get into the app!! I’ve tried many many times and nothing is changing, what shall I do!?!?

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app? That fixes most things.

If you are being asked for a phone number, it means you’re trying to open a new account (it catches a lot of people out).

Other than that, an email to help@monzo.com, or a call to the number on your card should get you a definitive answer.


Just to check - are you definitely using the correct email address to log back in?


What were your transactions before this happened?

Are you able to login okay at web.monzo.com?
