Might be worth contacting Monzo to check what will happen but I would think the refund will be refused and you’d need to go back to the original company.

Frozen Monzo Account (Refunded Payment)

So my Monzo account has been frozen for the past few weeks without reason. I have tried contacting Monzo by phone but every time I call them I’m greeted with “Your Monzo account is currently frozen, we will call you within 2 hours”.
