Daily (morning) Balance Notification

I was using a separate app which I paid for (for 2 months) to see if it could help my budgeting. The only feature I loved was a daily notification in the morning of my balance across my accounts. With Monzo’s ability to integrate and get the balance from different bank accounts, I would love to have this feature

Getting close to 0 balance notification!

When I was With Halifax I would get a text to say I was nearing a 0 balance in my current account and I was wondering if Monzo did this? - if not is it something people would benefit from? For example it’s a Saturday night and you go drinking then you’ve got 3 direct debts coming out on Monday that you may Have forgotten about? - that way if you were getting close to your limit on your current account Monzo would let you know so the direct debts didn’t then bounce.

Have a simple notification with balance is low plus how many days till payday.

Notification Balance

I love the notification when I spend money, but I’d love the option to change the subtitle to “Remaining Balance” instead of “Money Spent Today”. I’d find it more beneficial to find out what I’ve got left to spend, over what I have already spent - or maybe even both!

Spent today Vs Balance left notification

During the early days when you made a transaction it would say “… You’ve spend £xx.xx today.” Now the notifications show “… Your balance is £xx.xx”. I preferred knowing how much I spent in that day rather than my remaining balance. Could you add an option in your new profile view that would allow you to select your preference. Including balance on transaction notifications

It would be great if your revised balance was included on transaction notifications. It would save you going into the app to check your balance (particularly when it’s getting on the low side). Was this already the case with the prepaid card or am I dreaming? Keep up the good work anyhow.

Account balance as a push notification

I love knowing how much I have spent in a transaction and in total but would find it really helpful if you also told me how much I had left in my account please. Thanks. Kirstie

Notification when I drop below a specified balance

I’d like to be able to set an amount in which, when my balance dips below it, a notification is triggered. This way I can make sure I’ve always got enough for things like direct debits, standing orders, etc.

Notification when hitting a certain balance

My account is looking pretty low this month, and I’m only halfway through the month, so I’m checking my balance each day. What would be good would be to have a configurable notification when my balance gets to a certain amount. I see from the ideas that there are lots of other notification suggestions, so maybe this could be part of a new section on notifications in general, where they can be individually modified and created to suit the individual user.
