No form of contact

I just had my account closed, and the estimated time of my funds being transferred out is 2-4 weeks. As someone who uses Monzo as their main bank i.e every penny to my name being in Monzo, I think it’s outrageous how you can leave someone with ZERO FUNDS and not treat this matter with any urgency at all. On live chat, there are no replies. As I call the Monzo number, I am told to only stay on the line if it’s a matter of emergency then am told that as my account is blocked, they are unable to pick up their phone. I have no words.
DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW I CAN CONTACT MONZO.

They can’t make the process any quicker - this is the law. So unfortunately contacting them will be futile but I hope that it gets resolved for you quicker than their estimated time.

I’m afraid it’s mostly just customers on here, and this isn’t a support forum.

Frustrating as it must seem you’ll have to take this up with Monzo directly, I’m afraid.
