Monzo have blocked my account for no reason at all

We are all customers and can’t do anything. You need to email help@monzo.com or contact chat in app if you can access it. You’ll have to wait for a response.

It’s unlikely they’ll tell you why your account is locked and you’ll only hear when they unblock or close your account. These things are governed by very strict laws.
