Yes, it’s normal for now, unfortunately. Monzo are in process to upgrade existing customers. Progress on new accounts will be in new year

Just to clarify…they are waiting until everyone is OFFERED an upgrade. They don’t actually have to do it, as a lot of people won’t be interested. Would be good to get an update, as I thought all the offers were being made by end Nov. Would also be interested to know the proportion of people who are upgrading as opposed to just waiting for the prepay to die.
