Issue:
I recently got a new phone and I transferred all my back up but when i opened the monzo app it didnt let me log in. After the magic link is sent to my phone it asked me my number and a code was sent to me via text however after that it always pops up with a message of error! Something has gone wrong. I have trued uninstalling and installing couple of time and trying again and also have deleted all the magic links i previously got but it still isnt letting me in. I also tried signing up couple of times but it still didnt let me in

Double check you are definitely using the correct email address. It sounds like you’re going down the sign-up loop which would indicate you’re using the wrong email.
