Monzo cant login

Issue:
I recently got a new phone and I transferred all my back up but when i opened the monzo app it didnt let me log in. After the magic link is sent to my phone it asked me my number and a code was sent to me via text however after that it always pops up with a message of error! Something has gone wrong. I have trued uninstalling and installing couple of time and trying again and also have deleted all the magic links i previously got but it still isnt letting me in. I also tried signing up couple of times but it still didnt let me in

Double check you are definitely using the correct email address. It sounds like you’re going down the sign-up loop which would indicate you’re using the wrong email.

If it restored the app from a back up you will need to uninstall, restart the phone, reinstall, and go through the log in process.

Edit: make sure you restart the phone too to clear the cache

You need to delete and reinstall the app due to issue with the backup

Yes I have been accepted and I already have a monzo card.

It is the right email as the email is that I use for monzo is my main email address

I seen couple of post with same issue and tried uninstalling and installing a couple of times but nothing has worked yet

If you call the number on the back of your card it will be the quickest way to get help

Alternatively email help@monzo.com but that does tend to take longer

Just try any other email address it might be?

Try logging into your account here web.monzo.com

If you can’t get in there either it’s most likely that you’re using the wrong email address or password.
