Hi , I have changed to the new IPhone 15 ( the old one is factory reset ) but can’t login to the app , it just gives me blank black page , all the other apps are working fine including Revolut bank . I can’t verify my Apple Pay either as the app is simply not responding after clicking on magic link . I have restarted/ reinstalled the app multiple times and nothing works !!
It’s possibly your phone. Strangely enough I upgraded to the iPhone 16 pro max just five days ago without any problems. I logged out of Monzo on my old phone then simply logged back in on my new one. I had to verify my identity by completing a short video reciting random numbers and that was it.
If there’s a problem with your Monzo account, which it seems there is according to the screenshot, you’ll have to contact support. Email is probably best: help@monzo.com
Did you restore data onto the new phone from a backup? If so, you’ll have to uninstall the Monzo app, restart your device, then download & install the Monzo app and try again. The Monzo app doesn’t like being restored from a backup - see the middle section of this post for more info:
@davidwalton Hi, I didn’t get a new phone. it’s the same phone I’ve had for a few years and the app’s never not worked. I contacted the Monzo social media team on Instagram who shared the best way to get in touch with support team so I’m waiting for them to get back to my emails.
