Hi , I have changed to the new IPhone 15 ( the old one is factory reset ) but can’t login to the app , it just gives me blank black page , all the other apps are working fine including Revolut bank . I can’t verify my Apple Pay either as the app is simply not responding after clicking on magic link . I have restarted/ reinstalled the app multiple times and nothing works !!
It’s possibly your phone. Strangely enough I upgraded to the iPhone 16 pro max just five days ago without any problems. I logged out of Monzo on my old phone then simply logged back in on my new one. I had to verify my identity by completing a short video reciting random numbers and that was it.
