Money not credited to monzo account

i have my payment made by my company but i havent recieved it yet neither from my company or from a payment made by my friend i tried contacting monzo but they are not picking the call up

You need to contact Monzo in the app, not via phone.

However they’ll likely tell you to speak to the sender of the money, confirm when and how they sent the money and get the ID.

Monzo typically show you your money as soon as they see it in the system. Until then, there isn’t much they can do

Is it sent to the correct details?

The payments are possibly held their side, worth them calling their bank.

Was it sent from Barclays? They’ve been having issues today.
