Quick question: I just made a purchase at Boots in Thailand. It didnāt come up as Boots so I suggested a logo etc.
I put in the Thai Boots Twitter, but the logo is slightly different. I know other companies like McDonaldās and Starbucks have the same logo (I prefer this) so would it be better to suggest the Boots UK logo? So itās the the same regardless of which Boots you shop in globally?
Just talked with @liamh about this - makes sense to leave it as UK for now as thats the recognised brand here.
If (when?) we get to Thailand we can rethink

Are Facebook and Instagram links still working as quite a few businesses donāt use Twitter. Iāve submitted a few Instagram suggestions however nothing has changed whereas the twitter suggestions have been changed swiftly.

Instagram should work, itās a bit more manual though, and a Cop needs to know the link to find the logo that way.

No, in short. There is a way to put them all into the same Merchant Group, OOI, what would you prefer to see it as?
That might be why thereās two, different people submitting different feedback, and then different people processing on our end.
