Merchant logos only Twitter? Local too?

It’s easier to work the queue from newest first! :speak_no_evil:

Then the ones I have submitted multiple times over the last 2 months should have been fixed by now?

I submitted my employers logo for my salary along with the correct name but only the logo was changed, I guess it’s just a time consuming process for Cops currently.

I did the same and only the name was changed, makes a change as normally it’s the logo and nothing else.

Which makes you wonder why they don’t change all the information you submit in one go? Saves them having to then revisit that merchant 2 weeks later

Even though we’ve been told that they can accept a Facebook or website link, I’ve found regardless of how many times I’ve submitted, the logos aren’t changed unless it’s a Twitter handle. :man_shrugging:

This one is particularly annoying:

Their Twitter handle uses a group photo, so I deliberately submitted their Facebook account, which has the appropriate logo, yet they still opted to go and find their Twitter and use that instead? :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Exactly this… seems that one of their selling points/usp’s was this feature but now it’s just there kinda like they have done the main ones and now cba to to the rest as they are doing #tags etc.

Can’t agree with this more, it seems if you spend money outside the normal “high street and internet giants” its like “meh we will get around to fixing this at some point” unless you report it to one of the staff on the forum or CS which obviously is taking up their time which they can use to do other more important things

Twitter handle is easier to populate the logo

I’d like more in regards to merchant feedback.

I’d like customers to be able to comment why they’ve done what they have. Optional, of course.

And I’d like a note section on our end so we can review previous COps thoughts.

I’m not sure about feedback to suggestions just yet as these would need to be tailored I think, and merchant feedback does take time to review already!

It definitely feels like Merchant Feedback is being neglected. We all get it’s not super high priority but multiple users have been waiting months for multiple merchants to be fixed which seems an unreasonably long time for a name change :frowning:

If anyone could DM me the following I’ll have a look into them when I have a moment.

Email - Merchant - what should have changed

I’ll try and collate them centrally

It’s possibly that some suggested changes have been rejected for whatever reason. I think a feedback loop (even if it’s a simple “thanks but no”) would be helpful to know whether something’s stuck in a queue somewhere or has been actively rejected.

Definitely possible and some sort of feedback would be good but if a user keeps reporting it for multiple months it’s unlikely to be wrong, so would be unsure why it is being rejected

Notifications on whether a submission has been processed and accepted/rejected would be nice tbh. I submitted a bunch early this month that had no details at all and they haven’t been processed. I wonder if it’s because they’re minor merchants that not many people will buy from…they’re Bandcamp artists I buy music from, paying directly (not through Paypal).
