I am trying to open a joint account, and both myself and my partner just receive a message 'we cant offer you a joint account, and we can’t tell you anymore about why?
this is slightly frustrating, and i don’t know how to resolve it?

The message is all the info you’re going to get unfortunately. Monzo can’t/won’t offer you a joint account, all you can do is wait and reapply another time and see if that decision has changed.
