Just like the alarm bell which is the email from school - “Does your child have the equipment to access online learning?” (aka, heads-up re: Governmental COVID plan B/C/D incoming), I’m recently getting the uncormfortable feeling that Joint Accounts are also getting a heads-up re: TERMINATION
I am trying to open a joint account, and both myself and my partner just receive a message 'we cant offer you a joint account, and we can’t tell you anymore about why?
this is slightly frustrating, and i don’t know how to resolve it?
Issue: When I go into create a joint account, I no longer see the list of my contacts to create a joint account with.
Details to reproduce: Go to Profile (click on the profile picture) → scroll down to select “Open a Joint account” → Click “Next” on the following 4 screens → Joint Account Set-Up screen should show a list of all contacts (this is empty for me).

I’m trying to create a joint account with my partner who also has a Monzo account. We both have ‘Payments with Friends’ turned on but can’t find or select any contacts in the account application? Any help greatly appreciated?
