Joint account rejected

Hey, my partner and I have both tried to open a joint account with Monzo. We both get the same error that it can’t be opened at this time and no further information can be provided.

Has anyone had the same issue?

Ideally looking to identify why the account can’t be opened.

I did try the chat function but I got stone walled

If you search the forum you’ll see other posts with similar experiences. Nothing you can do to be fair, other than find another bank that’ll have you as a joint account.

This is your clue. They’ve already told you they can’t tell you why. Only option is to find another bank :+1:
