Ive been a loyal monzo customer since 2018. My partner has moved in with me and we are looking to open a joint account.
I dont have the option to open a joint account in the app.
When I search for help, I get an option to open a joint account but I’m told it’s not available.
What is going on?
If you search the forum you’ll find plenty of discussion about this.
I did. Nothing showed up.

But this whole situation is most unsatisfactory. Kill or cure UK joint accounts. Please.

And yet I see no fan boys running to the post to defend Monzo or go off on one.
