Hello, I paid some money to a user to buy concert tickets that he did need anymore (apparently)but never received them. Could someone help of where to report the scam or track the person ?

Yes you can (though not necessarily in this specific situation), here’s some more details -

Oh, sorry I misunderstood. So you paid a user through Monzo directly? In this case I’m not sure if Monzo can do anything for you - this is equivalent to withdrawing cash and giving it to someone else directly.

I suggest taking the person to small claims court to settle this.

I know you’re trying to help but since there’s the risk of this sort of thing happening & you don’t know many of the details about what’s happened, in my opinion, it’s probably best not to try to give advice in this sort of situation, if the advice isn’t about using Monzo.

You don’t use your debit card to pay into people’s accounts so this doesn’t apply.
