I’m in the process of using the CASS and noticed I was sent a list of my direct debits and standing orders to transfer to Monzo, but not my existing payees. I asked Monzo help and was told the CASS doesn’t transfer payees.
Looking at the CASS website, it does indeed transfer existing payees (for faster payments etc.). Wondered if I was told incorrectly by Monzo help, or whether the switch service isn’t being done fully/correctly? Any previous experiences would be useful.
