Chat accessibility when in "active" conversation

When interacting with Monzo via chat, if I open the app normally, I have to click “Help”, then scroll all the way to the bottom to “CHAT WITH US”. If a chat is ongoing, it would be useful to have a way of quickly navigating to the chat - perhaps when there’s a message waiting, clicking a highlighted “Help” tab would navigate straight through to the chat, and then the user could navigate backwards out of the chat if they needed to.
