I have an issue I need to resolve and I can´t find Monzo Chat in the app to ask…Is Chat still working on the app? if so…could anyone help me on how to find it?

They’re trying to get people to self-serve by using the FAQs but it seems to just delay support queries by a few hours until people find out from the community how to access chat
