Can't reinstall the app and use my existing card

I’ve upgraded to another phone and every time I try to reinstall the app I tell it I already have a card but when I click on the link sent by email, it assumes I don’t have an account and puts me at the back of the queue.

I am no longer able to top up or see any details of my account in the app.

Issue now sorted. For future reference I had to run a cleaner app to remove all old information then reinstall again. Odd but now seems ok
