Is your address recorded correctly with Royal Mail postcode finder/address finder? https://www.royalmail.com/find-a-postcode

If the above still doesn’t work, do you live in a new build? I don’t know if there’s a delay with new postcodes being registered to the system. Carlo’s link should confirm that.
