I’ve been approved for registration, but to collect my bank card, I was told to input my postcode in the UK before completing set up. And I did give accurate postcode, but the app responsed “We can’t find your address.”
I’m an international student, my school accommodation address is all I have.
In short, if it isn’t there then you can’t open your account. There seems to be a discrepancy between Royal Mail and the source that Monzo use. If you put in the leg work, you can get it fixed but otherwise you won’t be able to open a Monzo account.
