I wouldn’t have thought Monzo to have any parsing problems, but try a few variations just in case: all caps no space, all caps with a space, no caps no space, no caps with a space.
If the above still doesn’t work, do you live in a new build? I don’t know if there’s a delay with new postcodes being registered to the system. Carlo’s link should confirm that.
