Allow for categorizing of spending within Welcome to 'country' on Android so it matches iOS

This feature is missing on Android and is very helpful. It already exists on iOS.

Landed in Netherlands but not given option to categorise spending as holiday

Perhaps it’s an iOS / Android discrepancy.
