You've reached the top!

I have signed up for Monzo card two weeks ago and was expected to receive it soon since I was in the beginning of the queue. However then a message appeared on the app saying: you’ve reached the top! You are top of the list in France and as soon as we launch in your country you will be one of the first to get à Monzo card. I live in the U.K. with a UK bank account ! I don’t know what got wrong. Did it happen to anyone else ?
