Why the list is so long and my place is going down instead to reach the top? How long i have to wait for it? 6 months?
Currently the queue is only a couple of weeks.
What have you read on Monzo?
I’m getting the impression that your expectations don’t meet where Monzo currently are in their plans.

That doesn’t sound right! Let me check this out for you. in the meantime, yes, it shouldn’t take much longer than about 2 weeks to reach the top o the waiting list.
