Are you 100% sure it’s a BACS payment and not a faster payment? What time does it get credited to your account?

Both a BACS payment and a Faster Payment are paid into our Joint Account.
The FP just lands when it lands without warning.
The BACS shows as upcoming in 1-3 days, depending on if it is over a weekend and then lands.

We have never received an option to claim the BACS earlier so this feature obvs hasn’t been enabled for Joint Accounts :roll_eyes: yet :crossed_fingers:

It’s not on all personal accounts either so it might just be you’re not lucky yet

Early hours of the morning and yes I’m absolutely certain as the payment method is stated on my payslip!

I’d contact in app if I was you. I’ve never had a BACS payment not show the day before so something has gone wrong

What does it say at the bottom of the page for the payment?

I think I will, it doesn’t bother me too much (despite complaining about the badge :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:) but it’s still worth asking just to know what’s going on!

You can schedule them. I got one at 1.07 this morning

BACS payments have fewer fields compared to a bank transfer

Out of curiosity, does the Your Monzo disappear after you achieve everything?

Similar to Switch to Monzo, once you done a switch, does it disappear?

Or is there a way to hide them after they are done?

My payslip says BACS but I get paid via Faster Payments :joy:

Nope doesn’t disappear, I had them all completed the day the deep link came out and its still there.

I am at the exact same place name

N26 would be my obvious choice for CASS as well

Completion will have to wait for a bit then…

Doesn’t seems to be working. I have several DDs and Requests that the “Your Monzo” section hasn’t recognised.

Also Split a bill and Create a Shared tab do nothing.

I’m self employed so will never have the salary one ticked :frowning:
