Hey there folks, so I wrote my address but then my iPhone autocorrect to another city and I didn’t notice and just submitted, I don’t think they shipped it yet, has anyone had this happen? I already contacted on livechat, hoping to hear Monday from them.
As long as your postcode is correct all should be fine, but if you are still worried then give Monzo a call on 0800 8021 281
When Monzo are doing the identity checks this will likely flag up and they will correct it on their side.
If your address is still showing wrong on the app and your identity has been confirmed then just drop them an inapp chat to let them know and they will advise further.
Actually, I did wrong shipping on my Monese account and wrongly thought t his was the forum for Monese, Monzo is great though, I started using it today.
