I am unable to change my address in the app. How do I speak to someone about the issue?

What happens when you try to change your address?
The app. asks me to input my postcode, finds my address and when I confirm it just kicks out an error message with no clue what the error is.
Right. You’ll need to contact them. You could try deleting and reinstalling the app, but for something non urgent like this I’d get in touch with Monzo.
