Why can't I order a new card?

My card stopped working for contactless payments and also has a crack down it.

I went on the app and searched for ordering a new one but the button that’s tell you to order a replacement card doesn’t work.

Can anyone help me please?

You are only going to get a new card by contacting Monzo, so I’d get on to them first.

While you are waiting, have you tried reinstalling the app?
