Unable to order replacement card

Hello!

I signed up for Monzo a couple of years ago, and never activated my card. It’s now been misplaced.

I’ve provided my identification to the app to allow me to access my account however, now it won’t let me request a replacement card. The option is there, alongside “activate your card” (which I can’t do as it requires your 16 digit card number).

Can anyone recommend anything? I can’t find any contact details directly for Monzo.
