Card never arrived and can't order new one in app

New Monzo user, ordered a card a while ago which never arrived. Followed advice on the help section of Monzo’s site which instructed me to order a replacement card by going into the ‘manage my card’ section. However, when I click into ‘your card order’ to do this, I’m met with a blank screen. Anyone had this or know how to solve it? Any help massively appreciated!

Are you able to access the Help page of the app?

If you go there and go to the bottom, there should be a “Chat with us” button - the support team there are super responsive and should be able to help get another card sent out to you!
