My monzo account was closed today. I don’t really know why but I don’t mind too much as it is not my main bank, however I had £725 in it and it let my choose where I would like that money to be sent, so I typed in the details of my Santander bank. I just received an email saying all my funds have been returned to me, but they have not and there is not £725 from Monzo which I am owed. It did say it would take 2-4 weeks but why have they said what they said in this email.
