My monzo account has been closed for no apparent reason. I have been saving like crazy for a new car. I would like to know when I’ll receive my money in the given alternative bank account. I’ve heard some people say two days. I’ve heard others say 8 weeks. I would hope my money would be transferred within those 4 weeks, or I will have to take legal action.
Sorry, we’re all customers so don’t know the answer to your questions. Direct engagement with Monzo is the only way to find out I’m afraid but they won’t do that here. It’s too public for discussing private account issues.
Calling or email are really your only options.
